The Guest Relations Ambassador is a unique and dynamic position supporting our Guest Relations Specialists. The Guest Relations Ambassador oversees a team of on-site staff responsible for the guest experience in our RV Parks. This position requires a high focus on customer service, compliance, and relationships.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties include:

• Customer Service
• Compliance
• The leadership of on-site teams
• Consistency across all parks
• Partnership with Maintenance and Development departments
• Networking and building community presence
• Training and staffing for on-site positions
• Quality control across all RV Parks

This position is a key player in creating the premier guest experience that is the standard for all of our RV parks. This position does require travel between properties.

Our Guest Relations Ambassador – East Region will oversee properties in Spokane and the Tri-Cities area in Washington and down into Boardman Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Networking: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
